Terms of Service

By accessing or using Renting Baja ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

Renting Baja is a long-term rental directory. We facilitate communication between property owners and renters but are not a party to any lease agreement.

You must not use the Platform to post false information, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable laws.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Listings require an active subscription to appear in search results.

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Refunds are subject to Stripe's refund policy and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Renting Baja does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the outcome of any negotiation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the past 3 months.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
