We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We share your information with service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Cloudinary for photos, Google for maps) only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights of Renting Baja.

Exact property coordinates are never shown publicly. They are only shared with renters when an owner explicitly reveals the address through the Platform.

We use session cookies for authentication and a language preference cookie. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
