Searching and messaging owners is completely free for renters. Property owners pay a subscription fee to keep their listings active and visible in search results.
Use the search page to filter by city, property type, number of bedrooms, and price range. You can also browse on a map. No account required to search.
Click “Enquire about this property” on any listing page. You'll need a free account to send a message. You can include a proposed move-in date and any questions you have.
Each owner sets their own price currency. Use the currency selector on the search page to display all prices in your preferred currency — we convert them automatically using live exchange rates.
The owner reviews your message and can accept, decline, or reply with questions. If accepted, the owner can reveal the exact address through the platform so you can arrange a viewing or sign a lease.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans per property. The annual plan saves 20% compared to monthly billing. Visit the Subscription page in your owner dashboard for current pricing.
After completing your listing in the wizard and submitting it for review, subscribe from your owner dashboard. Once your subscription is active, your listing goes live in search results.
Yes — each property has its own listing and its own subscription. You can manage all of them from the Owner Dashboard.
Renters message you directly through the platform. You can respond, accept, or decline from your inbox. When you're ready to proceed, you can reveal the exact address to the renter.
Yes. In the Calendar section of each property, you can add an iCal URL from Airbnb, Vrbo, or any calendar app. Availability is synced automatically.
